1. Acceptance

By visiting this site, copying a loadstring or running a script from it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vibes.

2. What Vibes is

Vibes provides a Lua script for the Roblox experience Emergency Hamburg, delivered through a loader link that you run inside a script executor. Vibes is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Emergency Hamburg. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use Vibes.

4. Use at your own risk

Running third-party scripts can violate the rules of Roblox and of the games you play. This can lead to warnings, kicks, temporary or permanent bans, or loss of items and progress on your account. You are solely responsible for how you use Vibes and for any consequences for your account, your device and your data. Executors and other tools you choose to run alongside Vibes are not provided or controlled by us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or re-host the script or the loader;
• decompile, deobfuscate, reverse engineer or scrape the script or the loader;
• send automated or abusive traffic to the site or the loader links;
• try to access the dashboard, the database or any data that is not yours;
• use Vibes to harass, threaten or harm other people.

6. Availability and changes

Vibes is currently free of charge. We may change, disable or remove any part of the site, the script or the loader at any time and without notice, and we may block access for any reason, including suspected abuse. The loader link only works inside an executor; requests from browsers and tools are blocked and logged.

7. Data

Each execution logs your Roblox username, display name, user ID, the game and your country. The details are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

Vibes is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the script will work, be undetected, be free of errors or remain available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Vibes, including account bans, loss of items, loss of data or any indirect or consequential damages. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, and mandatory consumer rights in your country, remain unaffected.

10. Termination

You can stop using Vibes at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time. Sections 4, 8 and 9 continue to apply after termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Vibes after a change means you accept the new terms.
